Governance

Represent. Support. Unite.

The coordinating committee is made up of ten graduate students and includes the executive committee — president, executive and financial affairs — as well as the academic, social, internal, external, and communications and marketing teams. These members are elected by the students at the end of the winter semester.

To better understand the needs of the community, the committee consults the advisory committee, composed of representatives from the Ph.D., DESS, M.Sc. option representatives and the chairs of the AECS committees.

Major decisions are made in general assembly, open to all members of the AECS, i.e. all students enrolled in graduate studies who have paid their dues.

General Assemblies

Did you know that the AECS HEC is required to hold two general assemblies during the academic year? It can also hold extraordinary general assemblies to address matters requiring approval at such an assembly. A quorum of at least 10% of AECS HEC members must be present for a general assembly to be valid.

The date of the next general meeting will be announced soon. We will inform you as soon as it is confirmed.
